What is different about doing this in Delhi
Delhi's colony category system from A down to H is a public benchmark we use as the anchor for every residential valuation.
Builder floors are the dominant stock across much of south and west Delhi, and valuing a floor is not the same as valuing a house.
Development authority flats in Dwarka, Rohini and Mayur Vihar are standardised, so comparable evidence is usually plentiful.

Every Delhi residential colony sits in a category from A to H, and each carries a notified rate. Most owners have never been told theirs. You can look it up free on our finder.
- We own one floor of a four floor building.
Then you own a share of the land plus that floor. We value both together and adjust for floor level, since ground and top floors differ.
- Is a DDA flat valued differently from a builder floor?
Yes, they are separate markets with separate evidence. We use sales of the same stock type in the same pocket.
