Everything on this site is general information. A valuation is a signed professional opinion about one specific property, and it is a different thing entirely.

General information, not advice
The guides, articles and calculators here explain how property valuation and the related tax rules generally work in India. They are written for owners rather than for experts, which means they simplify. They are not legal advice, tax advice or a valuation of your property.
Your case may turn on a fact none of these pages mentions. That is normal, and it is why the phone call is free.
The estimates are estimates
Every calculator says so on its own page, and it is worth repeating. An estimate built from figures you typed in is a way to understand the scale of something. It is not evidence, and presenting it as evidence to a bank, a court or the Income Tax Department will not go well.
What a real report is
A valuation report is prepared after an inspection, uses comparable evidence, shows its workings, and carries the signature and registration of a valuer who can stand behind it. That is the document institutions accept, and it is what we prepare, normally in 48 to 72 hours.
No outcome is promised
We do not promise that any authority will accept any particular figure, or that a valuation will produce the result you were hoping for. Our obligation is to arrive at a defensible opinion honestly and to show how we got there.
External figures
Circle rates, cost inflation index values, stamp duty rates and similar numbers are published by government bodies and change without notice. We date every such figure we publish. Always confirm the current position before you act.
