What is property valuation?
A property valuation is a report that says what your property is worth on a certain date. A government approved valuer visits, checks the papers and signs it. Banks, the tax office, courts and embassies accept it. The right report depends on why you need it.

Common questions
Is a broker's price the same as a valuation?
No. Banks, the tax office, courts and embassies only accept a report signed by an approved valuer.
Does someone need to visit the property?
Yes. Our engineer visits and takes photos with the location and time. If you live abroad, a family member can open the property for us.
Can one report work for everything?
Usually not. Each office wants a different format and often a different date. That is why the form asks why you need it first.
