What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it. In plain English, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

What we collect when you just read the site

Standard analytics only. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see which pages people find useful. That records things like the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. We do not use it to identify you by name.

Our free calculators run entirely inside your own browser. What you type into them is never sent to us, never stored and never logged. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and every calculator still works. Nothing leaves your device unless you press the WhatsApp button yourself, and then you can see the message before you send it.

What we collect when you contact us

If you fill in the callback form we receive your name, phone number and whatever you tell us about your property. That reaches our own workflow system, which creates a record so somebody actually calls you back. If you message us on WhatsApp or email raovaluers@gmail.com, we hold that conversation.

We ask for the least we can. We do not need your PAN, your Aadhaar or your bank details to tell you which report you need, so please do not send them until we ask.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your question, prepare a valuation if you engage us, and keep the records a valuation practice is required to keep. We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers.

When a valuation involves a bank, a court, a tax officer or an embassy, the report goes to whoever you tell us it should go to, and to nobody else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are cleared out periodically. Where we prepared a report, we keep the file and its supporting evidence, because a valuation can be questioned years later and the working papers are what defend it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email raovaluers@gmail.com and we will do it. If you would rather not be measured by analytics at all, browser level tracking protection or an ad blocker stops it, and the site works exactly the same.
