Our Registrations and Credentials

Anyone can give you an opinion on what your property is worth. Only an approved valuer can give you a report that the Income Tax Department, a bank or a court will accept. This page lists exactly what we are registered as, so you can check before you hire us.

Why this matters more than you think

This is the part most people find out too late. If your report is written by someone who is not registered, the department can simply reject it. Then you are back where you started, except now you have lost time and you may be facing a penalty.

So before you pay anybody for a valuation, ask them one question. Are you a government approved valuer, and what is your registration number? A genuine valuer will answer immediately. Here are ours.

Bank empanelment

We are on the approved panel of several banks and finance companies, which means their branches can accept our reports directly without a second check. If your bank asks whether we are empanelled with them, call us and we will confirm straight away.

If you want to see a copy of any certificate before you engage us, just ask. We will send it. A firm that hesitates when you ask this question is telling you something.
