Parish Rao leads the firm and personally checks and signs every report before it goes out. He is a chartered engineer by training, which matters more than people realise. Working out what a building is worth means understanding how it was built, what condition it is in and how much life it has left in it. That is an engineering judgement before it is a financial one.

He has been doing valuation work since 1995 and has appeared before tax officers, bank panels and courts on the strength of these reports.

Our field engineers

Our site engineers are the people who actually turn up at your property. They measure the plot and the built up area, note the type of construction, the age and the condition, check the boundaries against your papers, and photograph everything.

Each of them carries an identity card. Every photograph they take is stamped with the date, the time and the exact location, so there is no doubt later about when or where the inspection happened.

Our office team

Behind the field work sits the team that pulls the evidence together. They look up what similar properties sold for, check the government notified rate for the colony, and put the calculations into the format your bank, court or tax office expects.

Working with your advisers

We work alongside 800 plus chartered accountants, CPAs and lawyers. If you already have a chartered accountant, we are happy to speak to them directly so the report says exactly what they need for your filing. Most of the time that saves everybody a round of corrections.
