About property in Shahdara
One of the older settled parts of east Delhi across the Yamuna, Shahdara mixes plotted residential colonies with small scale industrial and trading activity. Vivek Vihar and Dilshad Garden are the more planned residential parts. There is a good deal of small industry around Jhilmil. Values here are lower than most of the city, which makes it one of the more affordable districts.
