You will normally need a chartered engineer certificate covering age, condition and value. We inspect and issue it, and we can add a valuation if required.

No. Our own principal is a practising chartered engineer, so the person who signs it can explain it if anyone asks.

Usually within 48 to 72 hours of inspection, depending on what has to be examined.
