Then they carry value, and a report based only on age would understate them. Remaining life is assessed from actual condition, which is why we inspect.

Yes, and usually we should. They are shown separately so a lender or buyer can see the split.
- We are importing a used machine.
You will likely need a chartered engineer certificate for customs covering age, condition and value. We issue both together.
