- How do I know the report will be accepted?
Two things. The valuer must be registered, and the report must show real evidence. Ask us for our registration number and a sample report before you commit.
- Someone offered a cheap report without a site visit.
Be careful. If the department questions it, the first thing they ask is whether anyone actually inspected the property. A rejected report costs far more than it saved.
