Court and litigation valuation in Hyderabad
Hyderabad litigation is land litigation. Boom prices turned old plots into fortunes, and fortunes into disputes: between heirs, between claimants with competing papers, between landowners and developers. Courts decide the rights. Our reports give them the values, with evidence attached.
Matters we are engaged in
- Family partition of houses, flats and above all plots, valued for division or buyout.
- Land disputes where compensation or restitution turns on the land's worth at specific dates.
- Development agreement disputes, where landowner and builder disagree on the value of shares exchanged.
- Specific performance cases, where value at the agreement date versus today is the whole fight.
- Maintenance and matrimonial matters needing honest statements of family property.
Past dates in a fast market
Hyderabad values move so quickly that a two year old date is a different world. Cases here constantly need value as on filing date, agreement date or death date. We reconstruct from the registration archive and period transactions, and because the market moved fast, we document the trajectory rather than assuming it. The method sits in the report, open to examination.
What survives scrutiny here
Registered comparables from the right period and the right kind of plot. Layout and regularisation status stated, because it changes value and opposing counsel will raise it. A documented inspection with dated photographs. Arithmetic a judge can re do from the report alone. We sign only what we can defend in the box, and we appear when required.
Questions from Hyderabad litigants and lawyers
- The suit concerns land valued at three different dates. Can one report cover all three?
Yes. One report can state the value as on each relevant date, each built on its own period evidence. Courts prefer that coherence to three disconnected documents.
- The other side filed a valuation that ignores our plot's layout problem. Response?
A counter valuation that states the layout position with documents and values accordingly. Reports that ignore inconvenient facts die in cross examination, and pointing that out with evidence is usually decisive.
- Will you take a joint appointment from both parties?
Yes, on clear written terms with both sides. In family partitions especially, one credible number ends matters that duelling experts would stretch for years.
